I have been taking the 2 older kids out bike riding the past few weekends, to get them some extra fresh air. We have been enjoying it. We have been going to Loftus where they have some dedicated mtb tracks with jumps, banked corners and the works. Normally it takes about an hour to ride. Today, Dawn came with us and ran and Little Kody came also. I then took Dawn down Temptation Creek (and then up again), was probably a bit too much for the kids (the whining would have done me in). We met up with the Kids as they were doing jumps. Unfortunately Jaz had a puncture (via a spiky bush) so she rode my bike back to the car and I carried her BMX back.
