After a day at work, at Kogarah for the whole day, I cut a good 20mins of my commute each way. Made it home early enough to go for a run, even though it was dark and even though may hamstring still hurts, but decided to go gently anyway. Along Jibbon beach and back. Man – I feel great. Absolutely fizzing !
